Can you lock/unlock and alarm our buildings to make sure everything is secure?
Security is paramount at OSCFM, Working with multi tennanted clients we understand how important security is. We can lock.unlock/alarm the premises when required, this allows us to carry out our cleaning service outside normal working hours, thus minimising disruption to your staff and clients.

How will the change over from our current cleaning company work?
We are thorough with planning and client liaison in order to make the changeover a seamless process. We deal with all appropriate legislation, so the only difference you will notice is the planned improvement in service and standards.
Do you supply every we need?
We supply all the labour, equipment, machinery and materials required to carry out all our cleaning tasks within the agreed price. Additionally, we can supply consumables such as toilet rolls, hand towels,handsoap etc. at competative rates. Consumables are invoiced at the end of each calendar month along with any adhoc cleaning works requested.
Will we always have the same cleaner?
We always try to maintain continuity by using the same staff member at each site. Using the same staff memebers allows us to build extensive knowledge of the site, a healthy relationship and trust between the cleaning team and the client.
Do you have high staff turnover?
OSC prides itself on our amazing team members and high retention rates, We still have some team members who joined us when the company started in 2015!
How often will you clean our site and how many hours do we need?
Our service is tailored entirely to your requirements. After a site survey we will provide you with a quotation of what we recommend to clean your building to a high standard. Daily cleaning hours are analysed to ensure productivity is high and contracted hours are correct for your site, we also offer additonal janitorial services in our quotation including window cleaning and washroom services to give you a complete cleaning package.
Are you fully Insured?
We have comprehensive insurance cover which, covers Public Liability for £10,000,000 and employer’s liability for £10,000,000.
What time do you arrive on site?
We have a flexible approach and will attend your premises at the time that suits your use of the site. This can be early mornings, before any of your staff arrive, during the day, or in the evening after everyone has left for the day. Each site is surveyed prior to the quotation so we can recommend and provide the best service possible.
